So, you have a product? Great! But do people get what it does and what’s in it for them at first sight? A website can loose visitors if they don’t understand quickly enough what it’s all about. Users tend to abandon products where they can make out what the interface does.

In this session, I will talk a bit about what affects the first impressions of the users and also show techniques to test and refine the experience.
