In my spare time, I usually contribute to different startup programs or innovation initiatives, as a mentor or facilitator.
Occasionally, I’m offering consultancy in terms of building and developing products.

Previously, I managed the Mac & iOS products at Bitdefender. Before that, I was the HR Business Partner for the IT department in Vodafone, contributed to setting up the Vodafone Shared Services center in RO as interim IT Recruiting Manager and was the HR Business Partner for the Adobe Romania campus.

Back in the HR age, I’ve founded the Young HR Pros community, focused on developing the next generation of HR professionals.
